Basen Technology Co.,ltd was established in 2001 to supply various earphones with the best possible price & quality. It's an OEM&ODM factory specializing in earphone development design and manufacturing. There is an arphone department, speaker manufacturing Department, End-products assembling department, international sales department, QC department, and packages design and manufacturing department with more than 300 employees. The company backbone is located in Dongguan city center of China, so far our company owns 3 large earphone factories, which are located in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province, Shantou City of Guangdong Province, Guangxi City of Guangdong Province, and offices in HongKong.
Capacity & Machine
Basen has more technology experience and production capacity in earphone manufacturing than others. Our main business is for OEM&ODM to customers. We always get positive feedback from customers through our skilled OEM/ODM Experience and technology in earphone areas. Basen can produce all kinds of earphones, including disposable earphones, gift earphones, headsets, noise-canceling headphones, wireless headphones, Bluetooth earphones, DJ headsets, Waterproof earphones, sports earphones, airline earphones, and military earphones, etc. Daily production quantity can be reached 50000pcs to 100000pcs. Currently, Basen owns an advanced injection molding machine, cable molding machine, jack injection machine, soldering machine, sonic scanner, channel tester, tensile testing equipment, waving tester, automatic hits rubber machine, magnetizing apparatus, etc.
Quality Control
Basen Technology Co., Ltd owns advanced testing equipment for testing ear housing, cable, speaker, and end products. All parts will be tested strictly. Each production line and process is strictly to be tested and with professional QC tests, the defect is controlled in 1% of the end products. The earphone parameters and distortion are tested strictly as customer's demands.
