How to Order

1. Contact the salesman by mail or chat tool.
2. Confirm order details ( qty, quality, model number, packages, specification, logo, price terms, shipment terms, payment terms, etc), any special requirements, feel free to let us know.
3. Basen company targeted to send you a quotation with details.
4. Customer confirms the price and all details. Arrange advanced payment before production
5. Factory prepares the production samples for the customer for confirmation.
6. The factory starts to do mass production once the samples get approved.
7. Basen company update your packing list. The customer arranges the balance payment of the order before shipment.
8. Find a forwarder to deliver these orders as per customer requirements. (by sea, by air, international express )
9. Customer picks up the goods at the destination.
10. Kindly give comments on products back to Basen company after you listening to the earphones.
